I’ve been doing SEO for over 20 years. I remember when getting to the top of Google was almost dumb: you’d cram your keyword into a page 20 times and watch it climb. That worked. For a while.

Then search grew up. Google stopped counting words and started reading intent. It doesn’t just match what you typed anymore, it figures out what you actually want. Most people in my field hated that shift. I found it fascinating.

That curiosity is what pulled me toward AI. I started asking how these language models “think”, how they decide what’s a good answer, what they pull from a page and what they ignore. So I learned to use AI in my own work instead of fighting it. Today I build automation agents on n8n that handle the repetitive parts of marketing: posting, monitoring, reporting, the stuff that used to eat whole afternoons.

Over those years I’ve worked with all kinds of Canadian businesses, most of them right here around Calgary. Construction crews. A company selling vinyl windows. Travel agencies. Different industries, same problem every time: good businesses nobody could find online.
